• Experience working as a receptionist
• Excellent active listening skills and verbal and written communication
• Strong knowledge of spoken/written/read English
• Operating skills in hotel management programs
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed
• The ability to handle customer complaints in an elegant and polite manner
• Good time management

What are your responsibilities?

• Greet guests on arrival and assign them rooms
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage your bookings online and by phone
• Inform customers about payment methods, check and record customer data
• Provide on-demand information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and facilities offered
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to meet guests' needs
• Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for VIP clients and participants in events and conferences
• You sell additional facilities and services (if applicable)
• Maintain a clean and up-to-date register of reservations and payments.
